We strive to do what is best for our customers.We offer comprehensive benefits to employees. Some of the benefits include
- 401K plan with employer matching – We provides retirement plan for Eligible Employee to help save for retirement. The MNK INFOTECH, INC. 401K Plan is a Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan which allows Eligible Employees to save a portion of their eligible pay in the Plan. MNK Infotech, Inc will make a Safe Harbor Matching Contribution equal to 100% of Eligible Employee’s salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of their eligible pay plus 50% of their salary deferrals in excess of 3% of their eligible pay.
- Paid Holidays At the beginning of each year, each employee will receive a complete schedule of paid holidays for that year if there is a change to the above mentioned list of holidays. MNK Infotech, Inc observes the following holidays

- Paid Vacation and Sick Time – Our employees earn a set number for each month you work. These days will accrue as they work.
- Continuing Education and Technical Purchases – We encourages employees to take advantage of professional development and continuing education opportunities that enhance their skills and knowledge base related to their job duties at MNK Infotech Inc. It has also been recognized that most consultants of the company do require the use of technical equipment (For example – laptops, PCs, technical books etc). To facilitate this, employees may be able to purchase relevant technical books or technical equipment.
